What makes Batch different from other dating apps?

Batch replaces the algorithm with a person. Every match is made by a real member who read both profiles and decided the two of you were worth introducing. There is no swiping, no endless feed, and no scoring model deciding who you see.

Batchmakers see a batch of daters, read their profiles, and put two people together. A match only happens because someone looked at both of you and made a call. Matchmakers only ever see what daters choose to put on their profile.

No. There are two ways to join.

Join as a Batchelor or Batchelorette to be matched. Build a profile with photos, interests, what you are looking for and what you will not compromise on, and matchmakers take it from there.

Join as a Batchmaker to do the matching. You are not matching people you know, you are reading two profiles and backing your judgement.

That is the part Batch plans for you. Every date idea is a real route with real stops, mapped and ready to go. Some stops are optional, so you can stretch the night out or wrap it up early, and you can always build your own from scratch.

Check in when you arrive and the app follows the date between stops.

Batch is currently focused on Utah and the surrounding area, so your matches are people you could actually meet. We expand as the community in a new area grows large enough to make good matches possible.

Batch is for adults aged 18 and over. Signing up requires a date of birth, and age preferences are floored at 18 on our servers, so no member can set their range to include anyone under 18.

Profiles can be verified with a photo and a government ID check, and verified status is shown on the profile. Photos uploaded to Batch are scanned automatically for explicit content before they are stored. You can block or report anyone from their profile, in chat, or while browsing as a Batchmaker.

Premium is optional and works the same whether you date or matchmake. It includes:

  • Your full history of completed dates

Subscribing here on the website is the cheapest way to get it: $9.99 per month, $29.99 for two years, or $99.99 once for lifetime.

Subscribing inside the app costs more, because Google Play and the Apple App Store take a 30% cut of every in-app purchase. It is the same Premium with the same features, buying on the web just skips the store fee.

If you subscribed through the app, it is billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, so only the store can cancel it.

  • Google Play: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → BATCH → Cancel
  • Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BATCH → Cancel

A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you subscribed on this website, email support@batch.site and we will take care of it.

You can do it yourself, and you do not need to ask us. Open Batch, go to Settings (the gear icon), scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and tap Delete Forever. Your account and its data are removed immediately.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@batch.site from the address on the account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel that first, or you may keep being charged. Full details here.
